UFC 217 weigh-in results: Blockbuster card set with all 24 fighters on point

The early weigh-ins befell at the UFC host resort in New York and precede the ceremonial weigh-ins for the followers, which occur at 6 p.m. ET at Madison Sq. Garden in New York – the same venue hosts Saturday’s pay-per-view occasion.

Amongst those weighing in had been middleweight champion Michael Bisping (30-7 MMA, 20-7 UFC) and former welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre (25-2 MMA, 19-2 UFC), who meet in the primary event. As well as, bantamweight champ Cody Garbrandt (eleven-0 MMA, 6-zero UFC) meets ex-champ and former teammate T.J. Dillashaw (14-3 MMA, 10-3 UFC), and girls strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk (14-0 MMA, 8-0 UFC) takes on Rose Namajunas (6-3 MMA, 4-2 UFC).


The weigh-ins started briskly, with most of the fighters weighing in through the opening half hour. Joanna Jędrzejczyk was the final to hit the range, stepping on it with just a few minutes left in the two-hour session. Nonetheless, she made weight without concern, and UFC 217 will function three championship contests.
